Essentially globalisation is broadening and interconnecting all the features of the social life from cultural to the criminal as well as the financial to the spiritual.(Held et al 1999 ,10) The importance of globalisation in Australia is constant as the rate of multiculturalism and advances in technology is increasing. Therefore globalisation has influenced education within Australia as Australian schools are becoming more culturally diverse.( Cohen. Kennedy. (2007Teacher within the education system are more informed about different cultures and all the different understanding that students bring to the school with them. Essentially globalisation is reshaping the way education is taught to students.
